My eyes looked so Korean, I guess you could say, and they had such a plain-looking feel that I got double-eyelid surgery. People around me told me not to do it, but my actual older sister said she thought it would be good if I did lol. You know how, as younger siblings, when your older sister tells you to do something, it feels like she’s right about everything. So I looked for clinics with my sister and went to consultations. But at the place where I had surgery, during the consultation they actually told me a lot about the downsides of getting double-eyelid surgery. I’m the type who wants to do something more if someone tells me not to, and after seeing the director speak honestly, I decided to trust them.
