I thought I had a bulbous nose, so I was even considering alar reduction, but both hospitals I liked said reduction wasn't necessary and that if I raised the nasal tip, it would look slimmer, so I trusted them and did it. I have rhinitis, so I also had functional rhinoplasty for rhinitis at the same time, but I don't know the effect yet. But I think this hospital is good because they don't put cotton in the nostrils. It's hard to see well, but when I changed the gauze, it looked like the alae had gotten much smaller. I'll post again later after removing the splint
