I had my first surgery with an incisional method, but the line was too high and the scarring was severe, so I lowered the line with double-line lowering. This is a photo from 1 year later, and I think the line bends and the fixation is too strong. I’m looking into another revision surgery to weaken the fixation. I want to raise the bent part of the line again with the non-incisional buried-suture method.
