I had osteotomy done.. but since the first time the cast came off, it has been changing in a way I keep not liking The nose was really pretty when the cast first came off, but is the bone growing or something..-_- It’s the 6th month for the osteotomy and nasal tip.. The columella(?) area also seems to have come down too much, doesn’t it? What kind of revision surgery should be done in a case like this..
