Because of a contracted nose, I had the silicone removed, dermis placed, and ear cartilage grafted to the nasal tip, but the foreign-body sensation is severe. They also made a columellar strut with ear cartilage. The director says there’s no visible inflammation and that it’s an aesthetic issue, but can the area with the cartilage graft feel this severe 9 months after surgery? Please share information on hospitals that do removal.
