I had surgery on the 16th. Originally I had an appointment at 6, but somehow I went early, so they did it earlier than my appointment time~ My surgery took a little over 3 hours. I thought I was going to die.. I had something called sleep anesthesia.. As soon as the doctor spent about 20 to 30 minutes designing.. suddenly.. whoosh~ It felt like there was a fourth-dimensional world~ The room structure and colors kept changing rapidly, and rather than feeling like I was dreaming, it probably felt like this if you took a hallucinogen (I haven't tried it lol).. Anyway, when I woke up, they were telling me to open and close my eyes, and it seemed like they were stitching. After a little while.. the nurse said, "We're removing fat, we're pulling," and.. it did pull a little~ Then sleep anesthesia again... Even though I was under anesthesia, it sounded like they were saying, "Open your eyes, open them wide," but my eyes wouldn't open.. While half-asleep and half-awake, they were cutting the lateral canthoplasty area.. it hurt I could feel the pain.. I didn't know if other areas hurt, but when they cut and stitched the lateral canthoplasty area, it hurt.. I went into the operating room a little after 4, and when it was over, it was already 7:30.. When I came down from the operating table, I couldn't see in front of me, and while lying in the recovery room, it just hurt.. It kept stinging and pulling.. I wondered why I had done this.. This morning, as soon as I got to work, I went to the hospital and had the stitches removed.. They said the swelling had gone down less than expected. They said if I do cold compresses today and tomorrow, then warm compresses from Friday, it will get a lot better.. I had both medial and lateral canthoplasty, but since my eyes are still very swollen, I don't know yet whether they got bigger.. They say that after a month, if I manage only the lateral canthoplasty area well, it will open up and my eyes will get bigger... I've taken photos every day~ When my eyes look okay, I'll upload photos lol Have a good day~
