You know how, when you look at a nose that hasn’t had surgery, some people’s own cartilage shape is slightly visible, like if the alar cartilage is well developed or a bit spread out, the cartilage outline shows a little. I was kind of that case, but after nose surgery my nose became bulky and that feeling completely disappeared. If I get it removed, could I maybe expect my own cartilage shape to show slightly again like before surgery?
