It’s day 4 after surgery

Hello, first of all, I’m a man. I had surgery around lunchtime on the 10th, and when I went yesterday, because I hadn’t been able to wash, I was so oily,, they said there was a lot of acne on my nasal tip. So they squeezed the acne that had formed, and said that in that condition, putting the splint and tape on would make it worse, so they told me to be careful yesterday, and today I went back to the hospital so they could check the progress, give me an injection, disinfect it, and in the end we decided to remove all the tape. But wow~ it feels really awkward ;; I originally had an upturned, short nose, and it seems like my nose got a bit longer, and the nose has come down a bit too,, Maybe because of the swelling, I look like a beast -_-;; And I’m trying not to use my facial muscles as much as possible. 1. My nose still doesn’t feel like my own nose. It feels like something has been attached to it, maybe? It feels like there’s something inside my nose (which is true, though^^), and it’s awkward,, Will everything get better with time? 2. Would it be okay to freeze green tea bags and put them on top of my nose? For compress benefits, or the acne-soothing effect of green tea,, I hope everyone who has had surgery or will have surgery gets great results^^
