Gangnam Station consultation~review~

I went around Gangnam Station for consultations today` I had originally been going around for nose consultations.... When I went to ㅇ ㅕㄴ ㅅ ㅔ.... the director told me to do my eyes together and also the inner corner incision...... Using silicone for the nose and ear cartilage for the tip,,, they asked for 250~ For the eyes, inner corner incision, 150.... If I did both, it was 400 total, but they said they'd give a 20 discount if I paid in installments, so 380 All the nurses there were beautiful` The director also had a very straightforward personality~ I also went to ㄱ ㅘㄱ ㅇ ㅐ ㄴ ㅈㅣ and looked around there.. It was just so-so~ they asked for 250 for the nose And then I went to ㅂ..... the director said they use Gore-Tex~ and also said to use cartilage for the nose tip..... they said they don't use ear cartilage~ Ear cartilage is easier during surgery, but.. why tear apart a perfectly fine ear? But if they use Gore-Tex... is that okay? I don't have much of a bridge,,,,,,, so I'm wondering if it would still look high even if they use that For the double eyelids, they said to do the incision method.... but if you do the full incision, doesn't it still not come undone well? The director consulted with me really sincerely` He even showed me things on the internet~ So the price came down to 230 for the nose and 100 for the eyes~ So 330 total, which I like~ I want to do it at ㅂ... would that be okay?
