Finally.. I had nose surgery^^*

Hello^^ I got a lot of information from this community, and the reviews were very helpful, so I smoothly finished my surgery on Friday..^^ I received a lot of help too, so I’ll write a bit about my story in case it helps.. It’s a little long*^^* This was my first nose surgery.. I had a slight hump, it was high, but my nose was also long.. Anyway, it was a distressing nose From 5th grade in elementary school until age 25, it was a severe complex.. As a woman, it was a difficult nose to live with. (My home is in the Gyeongnam region) I spent a long time looking up surgery information, went to Daum and read every post from the first page onward (excluding places that seemed like brokers, I noted the famous places, then read related posts whenever they came up and asked questions too..). After watching for a long time, I could also sense broker-like signs.. and I roughly figured out which places were good.^^;; Everyone should also research carefully for at least 3 months and go to lots of consultations.. Reading reviews from people with noses similar to yours helps too.. First, I went to 6 consultations in Seoul. Among them, Choi ** Hospital gave me the best feeling. Since you only know the result after surgery, the doctor’s impression and photo materials are important first.. Some hospitals surprisingly had mostly only done nose-heightening surgeries.. For a nose like mine, they had no photo materials.. and some doctors seemed not confident.. -_-;;;; Anyway, after going to consultations, my expectations really got lower.. Some places quoted me reoperation-level prices even though it wasn’t a revision surgery.. Anyway, I marked one place (Choi **) and came back home.. About a month later, I decided to go around for consultations in Busan, which is close to home. Without expectations~!! But unexpectedly, maybe Busan has a lot of surgical patients, because even though it was off-season, it was packed.. At the popular places, I waited quite a while. I went around to 4 decent hospitals too.. The doctors all seemed to have done many surgeries and seemed skilled, but I liked ㅇㅈ the most because the surgical plan, the doctor’s sense of responsibility.. and the overall feeling were good. After coming home, I agonized intensely for a long time over Seoul or Busan. Since both places had skilled doctors, I decided to avoid extra hardship and go somewhere nearby, so I chose Busan. I set the surgery date.. Following the information I got here, I ordered pumpkin juice, bought a wide-brim sun cap (it really covers everything^^!! Highly recommend), and before surgery I was careful with food as much as possible while drinking probiotic yogurt so I wouldn’t get constipated^^;;; haha~ And then the day of surgery.. Even though I’m the type who tolerates pain well, once I lay down on the operating table, I got nervous.. I was sweating cold sweat on my back by myself and my face went pale.. In the end, as soon as the surgery finished, I came down with body aches and a cold -_- Later the nurse said, “If you get nervous and cry and make a fuss before surgery, it’s all your own loss.” I agree 100% too.. Everyone, since you’re getting surgery anyway, keep your mind at ease. Otherwise, like me, you’ll suffer from body aches and a stuffy-nose cold.. Except for the prick when getting the IV, it really didn’t hurt at all.. I’m the type who takes anesthesia well, so I slept well, and because I didn’t thrash around or talk in my sleep, they praised me as a good patient.. haha^^ The nurse said that if you don’t thrash around, the surgery is easier and goes better.. Everyone should also tell yourself not to move, even unconsciously^^;; Anyway, after finishing surgery, on the first day I was dizzy from the anesthetic, so I just did cold compresses and lay down. With two pillows propped up.. I got a motel near the hospital and stayed one night.. I hardly had any swelling. They said it was because I barely bled during osteotomy.. I thought I’d become a beast, but I have no bruising and almost no swelling.. I kept doing cold compresses and drank 10 pumpkin juices each day.. The hospital where I had surgery put on something like a support splint? instead of tape, and it was good because it fixed the shape too.. Yesterday, when I went to wash my face, I saw the nose shape at the hospital, and I’m really much~ more satisfied than I expected.. Starting with the doctor, everyone who sees it says it turned out well.. My mom also says it turned out well.. To think a big nose could change into such a natural and pretty-looking nose.. I can’t express how I feel in words.. I really had the surgery without expectations, just hoping my nose would become even a little smaller, but thankfully the result is so good that I feel grateful to everyone.. I’m truly thankful to the doctor and nurse who did such a good job on a difficult surgery.. I hardly have swelling, but I should manage it even more diligently from now on. Everyone, if you follow the precautions the hospital tells you and keep your mind at ease, everything will go well^^ When my outpatient treatment is finished, I’ll upload photos too^^ I hope everyone succeeds..^^
