I had surgery for a hooked nose on June 22... The tip was done with ear cartilage, and the bridge was made by shaving down the hump and using Gore-Tex. Now the bruise on the bridge is only very faintly left.. the bruising has mostly gone away. But more than anything else, the area between my eyebrows is too high, making me look beastly and so unnatural that I'm extremely stressed. My nose also looks way too big.. I go out with makeup on and work, but honestly I feel like I'm going to get depression. I'm so self-conscious about it, and the doctor says I should wait 6 months for the swelling to go down.. But how much smaller can this nose really get now..? I had surgery to become prettier.. I wasn't trying to get rid of a flat bridge.. My nose already didn't have a low bridge, so it looks unnatural and I hate that it looks so high. For people who had nose surgery, when the bridge or tip looks longer downward.. is it just because of swelling right now... Please tell me.. I'm so frustrated and depressed because of my nose...
