I had a lot of worries even before removing the splint on day 7, but I got it removed fine. Everyone said removing the stitches on the outside of the nose doesn’t hurt, so I wasn’t worried, but maybe because there were a lot of scabs, it made me tear up. Everyone, disinfect well and apply ointment properly I got surgery because my nose was short and low and my alar base was wide, and I had silicone for the nasal bridge and septal cartilage plus ear cartilage for the nasal tip. I like the height and line, but people around me said it should come down a bit. Anyway, I just hope it doesn’t come down too much I also had a lot of worries and concerns before surgery, but for now I’m relieved that it’s finished well…
