When I made up my mind to get revision rhinoplasty, I had a consultation and got the revision surgery at the clinic I had been thinking about after seeing reviews. With my first nose surgery, the before-and-after difference really wasn’t as much as I had expected, so they said I could get revision surgery after a year. I waited and then got my nose redone right away. I had looked at reviews in advance and went around for consultations at the places I wanted to visit, and I guess the place my heart was drawn to really was the answer lol. I thought the columella line was extremely important without making the nose excessively high, and the director had the same opinion. After listening to me, during the consultation he drew the nose line for me, and it was exactly the nose I had imagined, just like that haha …
