I was concerned that my alar base and nostrils were large, so I mainly looked for places with many reviews saying they had minimal scarring and places that performed surgery naturally. I did a lot of online research and narrowed it down to about 4 places for in-person consultations, and this place had the best atmosphere inside the clinic and during the consultation. It was also nice that the consultant explained things related to aftercare, such as AS, and other points I had missed and hadn’t been able to ask about. The doctor also explained in detail what extent of surgery would be appropriate so that the result could look natural, and even when I asked questions about surgeries other than alar base reduction, he explained everything thoroughly and kindly, so I chose Harmony …
