It’s been over 2 months since I had double eyelid surgery... but something that looks like a thread from the stitches is coming up on the surgical line and looks black, and it rubs when I wash my face.. Do I need to go back to the hospital and get it sewn again? Last time I went to the hospital because I got a stye.. back then I got a very painful stye injection in my eye, and it looked like a stitch had come up in my eye too, and they said I hadn’t washed the line properly so a lot of dirt had built up.......... They said they would make the stitch invisible, and when it had almost healed they......... did it really painfully, and they didn’t even use anesthesia, just stitched one stitch into each eye... They said one stitch didn’t require anesthesia, so it hurt a lot, but I just endured it... It’s been a little over a month since then, and now I’m worried because it looks like another stitch-like thing has come up black on the line of my left eye. Should I get it sewn again?
