When removing septal cartilage from the nasal tip, would it be better to make an incision on the columella and do an open approach, or would a non-open approach be better? Also, if they make an incision, could it cause contraction in the columella or anything like that? But then some places say an open approach is better than a non-open approach. If anyone knows, I’d appreciate it if you could leave a comment. Even just sharing your personal thoughts would be good.
