I was someone with a long, flat nose that spread out to the sides. They said if I raised it too high, it could look even longer, so I raised it moderately in a straight-to-slightly-curved line, and I’m satisfied. My original nostrils were asymmetric, so after raising the nose it does look slightly asymmetric, but it’s not like you can make everything perfectly symmetric. I’m just satisfied. And I can’t blow my nose really hard. Cotton swabs are essential
