I had nose surgery.. At home, I laughed loudly while watching TV.. When eating, I opened my mouth really wide.. I dug around inside my nose with a cotton swab for things like boogers.. I did these things.. so I’m wondering if it’s okay.. It feels like my nostril wings have gotten wider.. 1. When I put a cotton swab inside my nose and dig around, blood scabs come out.. And it seems like there’s something inside.. Are there possibly stitches inside the nose too?? 2. I didn’t have alar reduction surgery, only the nasal bridge and nasal tip were done.. Even then, do they tie the nasal tip? I’m wondering if laughing too widely or opening my mouth a lot could have loosened what was tied at the nasal tip, making the nasal tip wider.. 3. Those of you who had nose surgery, do you sleep lying down? I can’t even use a high pillow.. I just sleep lying down.. But I heard other people sleep sitting up.. It’s okay to sleep lying down, right?? Please answer..
