How long does this last? It’s been 43 days now, and when I lie on my side and then lie straight again, it feels like my nose had shifted to one side and then comes back. I’m anxious that it might end up leaning to one side or the shape might change, so I’m still sleeping lying only on my back looking at the ceiling. How long do I have to keep doing this?
