This time I had my nasal tip done with septal cartilage and scarless medial epicanthoplasty... They said because it was just the nasal tip, there wouldn’t be much change, so I got greedy and had medial epicanthoplasty too.. The problem is.. Because I live in a really small neighborhood, everyone in that neighborhood knows each other, so my biggest worry is that when I go there, people will whisper about me.. I thought I wouldn’t change much.. But my eyes got much bigger and my nose got sharper, so my impression changed. I like it... but I’m so worried that as soon as people see me, they’ll know I had plastic surgery.. Will it be less obvious once the swelling goes down a bit? Should I disappear for a month or two and then show up?
