I booked surgery for the week after next. I usually have a severe dorsal hump, so the front view is fine, but I do not feel confident about my face from the side, so I decided to have surgery. I am a heavy smoker, so because I am worried about side effects, I decided not to use silicone and only have osteotomy for the dorsal hump and raise the nasal tip with ear cartilage. It does feel a bit like I am getting surgery in a hurry, but the doctor seemed trustworthy, so I decided right away. It will go well, right?
