A very smooth, egg-like face probably has its own charm, but if you want a slightly masculine look, maybe having the cheekbone line show a little isn't bad. I reduced my cheekbones too much and am thinking about reconstruction, so I'm a bit conflicted. The reduction itself was successful, but I'm worried because they were reduced too much.
