My eyes are revision surgery, and it's my first time doing my nose...

Today marks 2 weeks since I had it done... I had open surgery using septal cartilage..silicone..and correction of a crooked nose... The nose I wanted was... not to build up the bridge.... I only wanted the nasal tip raised... They said raising only the nasal tip wouldn't work, and that they had to build the bridge with silicone as a column and raise the nasal tip for it to serve as support... Since my skin is thin, I emphasized that they should put almost nothing in the nasal bridge..and raise it into a semi-upturned nose, but they made it like this... The silicone is crooked, the glabella area protrudes, and the silicone looks obvious... They say absolutely no refund... either take a 500,000 won refund and remove what was done surgically..or get revision surgery after 6 months... They told me to choose one of the two.... They say there is no legal defect, so they cannot give any more refund...... I was even treated like a scammer... I feel so wronged and depressed.... They said so confidently that the line I explained was all possible, but now this happened... I don't know how to decide.. Is there any way..... Please make sure to leave replies... If I remove the silicone.... will it come out looking stranger than my original nose shape? They shaved a little of the nasal dorsum bone and used septal cartilage.. And it is still so red...
