Those who had buried-suture double eyelid surgery~ please look,,

Is there anyone who developed a raised scar at the spot where the suture knot was?? I thought it would disappear once the stitches were removed, but it seems to be getting bigger and bigger, and the color was pink at first,, but it keeps getting darker,, It's been about 2 weeks since my surgery, and there isn't much swelling, but the area where the suture knot was is hard and raised, like the mark from a BCG shot,, I'm so completely annoyed I could die,, Does this go away?? When I called the clinic, the nurse said it would go away, and the doctor said it's the knot area of the buried suture, and because my skin is thin, it has risen like this. Then he said if I don't like it, he'll do surgery with an incision, but doesn't that mean it will never go away?? Surgery isn't some kind of joke, how can I do it again,, Ah, I'm so frustrated I'm going crazy.. Also, during surgery, I felt the needle go in 3 times, is this single-knot continuous buried-suture method??
