I went to the clinic, had my stitches removed, took a quick shower, and then took a photo with my phone. If you look at my nose before surgery, you can tell it was a bulbous nose. I had no nasal bridge, the tip was blunt, and there was a lot of flesh on my nose^^;; I kind of did cold compresses for one day, then just gave up. I thought the swelling would go down someday. Because of that, the swelling was no joke. Right now, I have bruising under my eyes, and the swelling has moved down toward the area around my mouth. From now on, I should at least work hard on half-body baths. The doctor said that in about 3 weeks, it should become much slimmer, and that just because it is a bulbous nose does not mean it will definitely become blunt again later. I’m just so happy because it feels amazing to have a nasal bridge now. My nostrils have also become narrower, and although my nasal tip is still blunt, I’m simply hoping that watching the swelling go down will be its own little fun. Still, seeing myself look a little different does feel awkward. ^^; I should pray that the swelling goes down quickly so I can post my slimmer nose in 3 weeks. To everyone who has had surgery or is planning to, I hope you all become prettier^^
