3 years ago, I used a 3 mm silicone implant and septal cartilage. I’m not looking into removal because of side effects or inflammation, but because I feel anxious. For removal, there seems to be either full removal or silicone-only removal. But my natural nose really has no nasal bridge, to the point that people said it was like a highway. Would you recommend full removal, or only removing the silicone? I think full removal would give me peace of mind, but I’m worried it might look strange if everything is completely gone.
