I had surgery for a severe hump nose

I thought the famous director there would do the surgery, but someone else came in, so I wondered what was going on. It seemed like this person does a lot of first-time surgeries. The director himself may seem blunt, but he was very by-the-book, so he clearly told me what was possible and what wasn’t. The nurses were also kind. For the surgical method, they shaved down the hump and raised the bridge with ear cartilage. I’m satisfied after the surgery. Honestly, I didn’t go in with a fixed plan, so I just did what the director suggested, and afterward people around me kept saying my nose was pretty, so I liked that. My hump was so severe that I would have been happy just if the hump was no longer noticeable, but the result is also good, so I’m satisfied. As for downsides, during follow-ups, maybe because he’s busy, he just takes a quick look and leaves, which makes me a bit worried. Since he just says it turned out well and goes, I do feel that since nothing has happened even after 6 months, it probably really did turn out well, but it would have been a little better if he had explained things in more detail.
