Right now inside my nose, I have donated dermis and a septal extension support graft at the nasal tip. The doctors say my original columella was also slightly deviated, but when I look at it, it was almost symmetrical and I had never felt it was asymmetrical. But after surgery, my columella deviated to the left, and something is protruding in front of my left nostril, so it’s harder than before to put my finger in. I also have breathing issues, and since it looks whitish through the skin, it’s probably cartilage. Is there anyone here who went through this kind of situation and had it removed, or anyone in a similar situation?
