It has only been a little over 1 month since surgery, but I missed the early removal window, so I am thinking of waiting until 6 months and then removing everything. I feel like my original nose suits my face better, and I want to remove it for psychological reasons such as concerns about silicone side effects. I had a slight hump shaved, lateral osteotomy, and septal cartilage and ear cartilage were used. If I have everything removed, can I go back to my original nose? The hospital said I cannot go back to my original nose, but I do not know if they said that to discourage removal. They said we should look at the condition of my nose at 6 months and decide the direction for removal. Even if I get it removed at the hospital where I had it done...
