After getting surgery in Busan, my nose became pinched, and because of repeated surgeries, my nostrils are uneven and the cartilage is showing through. Please help me find a hospital that is good at contracted nose surgery. This is my 5th nose surgery. In Busan, I saw a factory-style plastic surgery clinic online and went there thinking it was good, but I had cartilage show-through and cartilage bulging out on the nasal bridge, so I requested revision surgery. The second revision surgery was a complete failure. Not long after the splint was removed, my nose collapsed. I can’t trust hospitals. I was told a third surgery was possible somewhere else, but it ended up looking similar again, with one nostril small and slightly collapsed. Still, they were conscientious in that for the 4th surgery, they harvested ear cartilage and grafted it to straighten the shape of my nose, but both sides ended up uneven …
