My younger sister had nose surgery 2 days ago.. I'm having eye surgery in a week... After my sister got it done, she told me that if possible, I should just live with the face I was born with. Her face is swollen now, so she's lying down looking totally like a raccoon. She said she got 6-7 anesthetic injections, and at first it was bearable, but it gradually got more painful. My younger sister isn't really the type to exaggerate pain... She said that during the surgery, the doctor said she was tough because she endured it well. My sister said that more than the pain, the surgery process felt so unpleasant it made her want to throw up, and that annoyed her... Still, I'm relieved because it seems to have turned out pretty~
