I had septal extension, a support strut, silicone, bilateral osteotomy, hump correction, deviated nose correction, and functional surgery together. My aesthetic dissatisfaction is that my nose has become too small for my face, the nasal tip is crooked, and although it was crooked originally, it looks more emphasized after raising the height.
