I had surgery with silicone septum 11 years ago, and there was no contracture or inflammation, but the silicone itself had shifted to one side, so I was thinking about removal or revision surgery. But suddenly today, there was a white spot like that. Is that part the alar cartilage? The septal cartilage? Can cartilage even break through like that If it really came through, do I need revision surgery as soon as possible? It’s the cosmetic surgery season now, so I heard the wait might be long, what should I do I hope it’s just a pimple
