I had full-incision double eyelid surgery 8 years ago.. My eyes became droopy, and white tissue appeared in the double eyelid area like milia, so I had revision surgery 6 days ago. The surgical methods were: full incision, removal of skin sagging downward, and the existing double eyelid line was preserved as it was. Removal of the white milia-like tissue.. I am now on day 6. (Currently, I had it done together with my cheekbones, so there is some facial swelling.)
