I had my hump shaved down, and the middle of my nose became broad and wide.. In a way, my nasal bridge stands out even more than before.. It looks so ugly. In this situation.. since my nasal bridge isn't low either, I think I need an osteotomy for the nasal bridge to become slimmer and straighter. Those who have had osteotomy, is it very difficult? I've had nose surgery before.. the usual kind with an implant.. I swelled a lot then.. Does it swell even more than that? I don't want an implant, I only want osteotomy.. because my nose isn't low. If anyone has done it this way.. if so.. can the shape still come out okay.. I'm curious how long the swelling lasts.. Is a half-belle-line nose possible with osteotomy alone? Or do you absolutely have to put in an implant? I had side effects from an implant and had it removed..
