Hi everyone, I never knew walking into a large factory-style clinic in the provinces on my own two feet would be the biggest mistake of my life. If only I could go back to before surgery, I would give everything I have It has been one year since I had a rhinoplasty with a lot of manipulation, using 5 mm silicone, septal extension, and ear cartilage all harvested and used, but I have not been able to breathe properly for even a single day. It feels like something is pressing and tightening my nose hard, so air does not pass through. On the rare occasion I can breathe, my throat and the roof of my mouth feel cold, as if I had breathed through my mouth. The air definitely came in through my nose, but my throat hurts, which is strange…

I’m going to reuse the autologous costal cartilage I already have, and I only want to raise the nasal tip higher. I also don’t like the angle. If I do it this way, would they raise it by stacking cartilage on top of the nose?
