Review of laser under-eye fat removal surgery~ (I have a question too~)

This is my mother’s review^^ She had been stressed because of under-eye wrinkle removal, and through an acquaintance’s recommendation, she had laser under-eye fat removal surgery yesterday at ㅇㅅ in Yeongdeungpo, which is said to have word of mouth and be quite famous. At the very beginning, they anesthetize under the eyes, and it really hurts a lot when they inject the anesthesia. They start removing from the right side, and when they cauterize with the laser, there is a burning smell, but it doesn’t hurt. Later, when they take out the fat, it really, really hurt so, so much. It almost felt like the eyeball was being pulled out. Before removing the fat, the doctor also said, “It will really hurt a lot for 10 seconds.” So she thought it would be about the level of the anesthesia, but the pain was almost beyond imagination. After removing the fat, they said there was more fat than expected and that it had settled in an unusual position, which is why she had a lot of wrinkles. At first, the bruising was very large, but after applying an ice pack, the bruising went down a bit.. Her skin is naturally weak, so they had already warned before the procedure that bruising would happen. &&The problem is, they did the right side first and the left side later, and the left side hurt more, but there is severe blood pooling in the right eye. The hospital mentioned swelling and bruising, but they didn’t say anything about blood pooling.. I’m really worried. On the right side, except for the black part of the eye, the rest is all bright red with pooled blood... Is this okay? The swelling has gone down a lot because we kept applying ice packs, but the pooled blood doesn’t seem to be getting better.. For now, we’re applying ice packs, but I don’t know if this is okay. Except for the pooled blood, the swelling and bruising have gone down a lot, so it’s okay... Has anyone had blood pooling~~
