Over 12 years, a gas smell has come from my nose randomly when I’m lying down, and my nose sometimes throbs and hurts, so after 15 years I went for consultations to revise my nose surgery, and I heard a lot of shocking things lol omitted. It was more serious than I thought, so I’m going to have surgery. When I first had it done, I think they shaved the hump and used ear cartilage for the tip and septal cartilage inside the nose.
