This is a nose I had revised 12 years ago. What could the bulging protrusion on the bridge of my nose be? These are a photo from 10 years ago and a recent photo. The second one is recent. Looking at the photo, it seems like it protruded after surgery. Could it be a capsule? Scar tissue? The end of the silicone bulges out in a square shape. Maybe because my skin has thinned, I've been feeling it more recently, and when I touch it, I also feel a heavy pain. It's too low, so I can't remove it, and I think I'll have to replace the silicone. The doctor says to just live with it, but I'm worried. I'm scared whether it will disappear after replacement or get worse. If anyone had the same symptoms, please leave a reply.
