I’m someone who has been hesitating over nose surgery for 20 years. My long, wide nose has been a complex, so I dreamed of nose surgery since I was 20, but I got scared because people said that once you touch the nose, revision surgery is basically a given, so I’ve been getting by with irrelevant nose filler and nostril reduction. Then recently, an acquaintance, who I thought had never seen a celebrity with a long nose, held up a photo saying I shockingly resembled them, and my complex came right back up.
