They say that if the result after removal surgery isn’t good, the nose can turn up, but is that only when septal cartilage was used? I didn’t use septal cartilage and only used ear cartilage for the nasal tip and support strut, so I’m wondering whether in this case there’s also a possibility the nose could turn up if it’s removed I don’t understand why the nose turns up after removal And if the ear cartilage is removed, what happens to the skin that had stretched before? Right now my pores are much more stretched than my original skin, so I’m worried it might sag after removal… Ugh, I keep debating nasal implant/cartilage removal surgery, but rhinoplasty seems so complicated. There are so many things to think about…
