At first, I was going to use cartilage, but at the last minute I switched to AlloDerm, and for the nasal bridge, I had osteotomy and 3 mm silicone~ It’s been one week since surgery, and now the facial swelling and bruising have mostly gone down..I can accept the glabella area, but the nasal tip is... like a whole bundle of nose.. I got nasal surgery originally because my nostril shape looked spread out like a gorilla’s.. Maybe because it was done with AlloDerm, it’s not lifted into a sharp, beoseon-like shape, and only the nasal tip has become much blunter.. so it looks even more emphasized If more swelling goes down, will it become slimmer? Right now it’s plump and round, so if the shape doesn’t change going forward, it’s to the point that I want revision surgery..
