Are there people who have had only the silicone removed? The nasal tip was raised with autologous costal cartilage, and if only the silicone is removed, how would things like a step-off look from the front and side? The silicone is 4 mm. Seeing some people naturally end up with a beoseon-style upturned nose, I’m wondering if removing only the silicone might be okay.
