Day 53 after jaw + cheekbone surgery

It's already day 53 since I had my jaw and cheekbones done. I had it on December 1. I've posted here several times saying I was depressed because the swelling wasn't going down, and I'm just enduring it. But even on day 53, my face is only now barely back to its old size. I'm even doubting whether this is really swelling There's no problem with daily life, but my cheekbones were severe compared with my face, while the clinic said they weren't severe compared with other people. I did the jaw because I wanted it to become pointier. Honestly, that's how it is, right? If you spend money to get it done, it should show; if it doesn't show, there's no point doing it So I thought about it a lot before doing it, but my face wasn't small, so I went ahead. My family, my eldest sister, doesn't even know I had cheekbone surgery. She thinks I only did my jaw. Then does that mean the cheekbones show even less?.. But she teases me every day, asking where I even had surgery.. So I say it's swelling... But I'm human too; even hearing nice things every day can get annoying, and people around me, my friends, don't even know I had surgery. I've met a few people now, and they don't know I had surgery. They say my face looks bigger instead and ask why my face gained so much fat It's almost been 2 months now, and if there still isn't any effect, doesn't that mean there's a problem? At the clinic, I'm receiving something like ultrasound massage, but I don't really know if it's effective, and going to the clinic with a bad expression every day and hearing the same obvious things every day is useless. The clinic acts like they'll see me after 6 months. Still, when I look at everyone, after a month and nearing 2 months, some effect seems to show.. I'm not extremely worried anymore, but I'm still annoyed. I've basically given up. The clinic says it's swelling, but the swelling has to go down before I can say anything.. Of course there must be some effect compared with before. But it's a matter of how much effect.. From what I see, I feel like they didn't shave it to be pointy, so I'm disappointed. A very obviously pointy look is unattractive, but even before, my face was slim, and what I wanted was a pointy look.. And I heard there's an injection that reduces swelling. Has everyone heard of it too? Isn't it bad? I asked here, and they said it's bad.. Also, how do you sleep? I still stack two pillows and sleep lying straight on my back, but in my sleep I keep turning onto my side.. Also, because of daily life, eating and such, the shaved facial contour won't change or become deformed, right? When yawning, I've felt a clicking-like sound from my jaw a few times. My mouth still doesn't open a lot, but all 5 fingers can fit in. And when I clench my teeth, the right side isn't like that, but I feel something in the left cheekbone area. It's not pain and it doesn't hurt. Did everyone have that too? Anyway, even as it's almost 2 months, there is no effect.. I'm worried whether something went wrong and that's why the swelling is going down this slowly..
