Did the surgery go wrong???

It’s already been about 10 months since I had an incisional procedure. I don’t know if they made the line too thick at the inner corner of my eye, but the eyelid skin (red circle) is being pushed out;;; When I draw eyeliner, it gets buried under the skin so half of the eyeliner doesn’t show (I absolutely can’t go around wearing eyeliner) Please zoom in on the photo and take a look I’m really, really at a loss;; There’s still scarring too, and not only the incision line but also the stitch scars are really the highlight;; It’s blurry because I took it with my phone camera, but in real life it’s much clearer;; I went to the hospital where I had the surgery, and they said they did what they could and can’t do anything more for me, The doctor said how could they consider even how makeup would look after surgery.. They told me to go to another hospital I was so frustrated that I posted photos here Please leave comments
