Hello, I’m someone looking into nasal implant/removal surgery. My surgeries were hump nose correction, lateral osteotomy, septal extension, ear cartilage, and skin show-through. For revision, I had ear cartilage removal, lowered septal extension, and autologous dermis. Currently, because of discomfort and pain, I’ve also developed nasal obstruction, so I desperately want the septal extension material removed. I work, so every weekend I go around Seoul for consultations.
