A long time ago, I had my nose augmented with silicone, and I did not really have anything done to the nasal tip, but the silicone was inserted rather long in my case. I am trying to have the silicone removed, but because it has been a very long time, it is also slightly calcified. I did not have anything separately done to the nasal tip, but I am so anxious. Can problems also occur after surgery when removing silicone?
