My 4th surgery failed. I had surgery because I was stressed that my pinched triangular nostrils were very visible, but the apex has gone even higher from the front. The nostrils seem to have become longer and more like two vertical lines than before. I had an ear cartilage strut, ear cartilage cap graft at the nasal tip, cartilage tying, and rotation graft. If I lower the strut and remove the ear cartilage from the nasal tip, will it become a bit round again? A hospital specializing in removal said that if I lower the nasal tip, the nostrils will also show a bit less, but somehow I keep thinking the triangular nostrils might stay the same even if I lower it
