It's day 3 since I had the silicone removed from my nose and the nasal-tip cartilage repositioned, and it looks really upturned. My nose was originally short, so I was really worried it would become upturned, but the clinic told me not to worry, that only the height would get lower and it could become uneven. This will come down, right
