It’s been 2 years since I had implant-free rhinoplasty using septal cartilage and ear cartilage. But as time goes on, the cartilage show-through is getting worse and my side profile is becoming sharper, so I want to remove it. I also sometimes hear that it looks like I had surgery I’m really stressed because of this. But I like the front view of my surgical nose, and my original nose was bulbous and asymmetric, so I’m really torn. Would it be right to remove it?
